Travis Lynk
Managing Partner
Travis has operations experience within complex, rapid-growth, technology startup environments. Prior to PRelocate, Travis was an early employee and General Manager at Uber, helping to build out vehicle financing products and developing the driver network across the Southeast United States. While at Uber, Travis gained significant experience building and scaling sustainable businesses, pioneering new markets, developing strategic partnerships, and creating policies and procedures. Travis was also previously employed with the consulting firm Accenture where he worked with various Fortune 500 Companies. Travis has volunteered with TechnoServe in West Africa and has experience in real estate as well. Travis holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Pilar Rivera
Head of Operations
Pilar is a licensed New York attorney with a background in immigration law and extensive experience working with government agencies and preparing petitions and applications on behalf of clients. After returning to her native Puerto Rico, she joined PRelocate in 2019, where she has since worked on more than 1,500 applications and helped guide hundreds of individuals through the Puerto Rico relocation and tax incentive process.
In addition to her role at PRelocate LLC, Pilar works with EB5AN Management and Consulting LLC. She holds a B.A. from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus and a J.D. from New York Law School.
Gisela Delgado
Applications Manager
Gisela has over nine years of experience in business administration and management, with additional experience in the legal, manufacturing, and international logistics industries. After relocating to Puerto Rico eight years ago, she joined PRelocate in 2019 and has since helped numerous companies and individuals successfully transition to the island and navigate the relocation process. Gisela holds an A.A. in Business Administration from Las Positas College and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Marketing.
Alondra Gómez
Administrative Support
Alondra has over six years of experience in customer service. She has been with PRelocate since 2022, where she supports clients throughout the relocation and application process. Prior to PRelocate, she gained experience in the health insurance and benefits management industries. Alondra holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. She also has laboratory research experience and is passionate about environmental nonprofits.

The fees are very reasonable as they deal with everything on your behalf.I unfortunately had to wait 3+ years for my export services decree to be approved but that is entirely the fault of the PR Government and not PRelocate. TLDR: If you're hiring PRelocate, you're entrusting amateurs who don't care with an important business transaction. You will regret it. They also collect a commission on you that goes well beyond the fees that you pay directly - they won't tell you this but if you read the fine print you will see it. There are better and cheaper options, including filing on your own and getting help from a CPA or lawyer for the parts you can't handle (cost: a few hundred dollars and it's done right!). There are many bad reviews on PRelocate in Reddit and other forums. Nearly all of the positive reviews here seem odd in their phrasingThe details -Missed appointments, no notice. Surly emails from staff - it's our systems. I get bounceback emails from their team that say they're out of office from July 1 to July 8, and it's December 18. They really don't seem to care or have gone out of business without telling people.Better off filing the application on your own or going with one of the other providers - any of the law firms will do - they may seem expensive but they're very cheap and reliable (e.g. <$1K cost) if you do the basics like write your name in the application and leave the parts that aren't easy to them.The little information that I did receive from PRelocate conflicted with what I heard from other sources. The positive reviews seem odd - very similar language. Buyer bewareAlso check the Reddit forums on PRelocate. They will show you over the last three years how bad the service that they provide is. One is titled 'Moving business to Puerto Rico", but there are many others

PRelocate never filled my paperwork for over a year after I already paid. I also had to reach out to them to even find out that information. Then they would not give me a refund so I could file with another company. Also slow response times and very unprofessional. To your response - Out of the 5 emails that "you say" you sent me I emailed you first on 3 them lol so that's me reaching out to you, nice try & please give me the dates on these "multiple phone calls" bc that's a straight lie. & thank you for your careful consideration letting me know you cant turn in a incomplete form application but I had received an email saying you had all my information. So you forgot to ask for all the info initially then preceded to go 8 months praying I wouldn't reach back out so you could just pocket my money. I'm sorry you conduct business this way.

Thank you for all of your help and patience in correctly submitting and following the Act 60 guidelines. Our decree was officially approved and signed this week. The move to the island along with all the details with Act 60 is quite overwhelming. I do not think I could have stomached the complexity of the Act 60 process without PRelocate. Pilar, Gisela and everyone on their team were very responsive and filed all of my paperwork for both my business and personal applications. PRelocate is a wealth of knowledge – they are well connected and made introductions that were very helpful. The time PRelocate saved me was huge. Trying to run my business while relocating my family to Puerto Rico took all of my time - I had none to spare to figure out all of the forms. Having PRelocate handle all of the paperwork was the only way for me to obtain my decree. I highly recommend PRelocate to those who are overly scheduled and do not have the time or patience to navigate through the process.
